Spreading and later sparking ideas & causing positive change through the ideas.

2) What is the purpose of their website and how does the functionality of their site support that?
The purpose of their website is to spread ideas and the functionality of their site supports that by having various tabs of video organization, ability to watch on website, and various ways to save and share them.

3) As Engineers and Problem Solvers, which topic areas (the choices from the "Show talks related to:" section on the sidebar) are of most interest to us? Justify your answer. 
They all are of interest to us because they all present problems for us to solve or new ideas or information for us to learn and apply through engineering.

4) Based on your previous answer, what are 3 talks (videos) on the site that appear like they would be of most interest to you as an Engineer/Problem Solver? Justify your choices. 
For me personally as an engineer/problem solver, the 3 videos that would be of most interest to me would be Bill & Melinda Gates on Why Giving Away Their Wealth Was The Most Satisfying Thing They Ever Did because I feel there is a lot of greed and not enough use of money for others and Kakenya Ntaiya: A Girl Who Demanded School because I feel women equality and women education especially is very important & Coding a Better Government because its a way to solve the problem of government being to closed off.
